I Am… (Inspired by 'Max Einstein Saves The Future' by James Patterson)

I am a dreamer,
I wonder about the world,
I hear stories call out to me,
I see the openings in literature’s seams.
I am a thinker,
I pretend to be normal, when I’m not,
I feel the beats in a tale,
I touch the sky with my pen, but just barely,
I worry about the people close to me,
I cry, thinking I’m small, when I’m big.
I am a creator,
I understand creativity,
I say may thoughts, and nothing else,
I dream of people listening to them,
I try to excel in the places I’m good at,
I hope I can see what’s the unexplored persona in me.
This is me, but I have a few more words,
I intend to choose the lesser paths where others fear to tread,
I am an author,
I am me.

ASP: Aman, Sankalp and Prithvi

Aman, Prithvi and I, being selected for the show in the Top 13, become best friends immediately. We do everything together. We study together. We play carrom and Ludo together. We have food together. We even take baths together. Yeah, I know, the last one will make you all laugh, but trust me, I never had any strong bond like this. It makes me feel like I belong, instead of how I felt back in Jalandhar, where my friends saw me as an all-work-and-no-play fellow. Here, with Aman and Prithvi, I know that people work hard to keep their place in the show—and even strive for the trophy.  We have to also decide on a group name, as Aman puts it.  “Every awesome group has an awesome group name to go with it,” he says during dinner. We are serving ourselves food from the buffet line. I scoop some  daal  into a bowl, and pick two  chapattis , all prepared by the hotel.
